My pricing for photos is simple, $75 shoot fee plus $5 per photo.  

Most clients allow my experience to determine how many photos are needed

but if you have a budget in mind you can choose a package and I will choose my shots accordingly.

 

 

Standard Package     $150  

Up to 15 photos  ($5.00 each additional  photo)

 

Plus Package               $200

25 photos  ($5.00 each additional  photo)

The Shoot

The goal at the shoot is to provide the allotted number of quality photos for the selected package including a front exterior, back exterior and all the major rooms such as living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, master bedroom, master bath and bedrooms. Utility rooms or garages are not a shooting priority unless you give me direction otherwise. If specific shots are requested other than the main rooms just listed, the client must provide 321 Real Estate Photos with a list of shots that they feel are most important to them.

Terms of Service

 

• Scheduling and Contact Information

  Please contact me no less than 24 hours before your preferred time. Next day orders are challenging to fulfill and I may not be able to accommodate you on such short notice. • Ready Condition 

Please make sure that the home is ready for photography at the time of the shoot. This includes having the rooms organized and clean.

Because I shoot multiple homes in a single day, your property MUST be photo-ready when I arrive.  All properties will be shot AS IS. If the property is not properly cleaned or staged, I will make a reasonable effort to create the most aesthetically pleasing and uncluttered photographs possible.  This also includes making sure that contractors are not working on properties during the scheduled photography session. • Cancellation, No-Show and Inclement Weather Policy

If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Any shoot canceled within 24 hours of a confirmed appointment may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.  Every effort will be made to accommodate a rescheduling.

  

I want to provide you with the highest quality images possible. Rainy days will not result in quality exterior photos of the home.  I will suggest re-scheduling on days the weather is not cooperating. If a property  must go on the market, and the shoot cannot be delayed, I will do my best to create the best images possible. Exteriors can be re-photographed at a later date to produce updated exterior photos or do a seasonal update for $50.

 

• Photo Rights and Usage 

All photos produced for the client may be used by that agent for all marketing associated with the current sale of the property in accordance with local MLS rules. Please note that photo copyright is retained by the photographer. A license granted only to the agent and their MLS and NOT to any other party. Any usage of the photos by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers is prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer.

Licensing is subject to receipt in full of all charges related to the shoot. Other licensing terms can be negotiated to suit the needs of your project.

 

• Pets  

Please make sure pets are contained during the shoot. Pets are never included in photos and need to be out of the way during the shoot.

 

• Satisfaction Guaranteed 

If you are not happy with your photos for any reason, I will re-shoot at no charge or refund the full amount paid.
